The whole structure of applicator is made from SS-304 and also steam tunnel is made up of SS-304 for long lasting and corrosion free operation.
It works with two synchronized servo motors as one in cutter unit and another is for feeder unit for accurate label placement.Advance automation leads machine to 300 sleeves per minute.
With the industry standards, It's application is quite large in pharmaceutical,mineral water packaging,breweries,edible oil,honey,fruit juices,lubricant oil and cosmetic industry,
It is equipped with HMI and PLC with advance features for convenient operation of machine.
